Article 1 - Purpose
These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the contractual relationship between DIGITALMOOVE, operator of the mediapush.fr website, and any person making a purchase on this website.
Article 2 - Products
The products offered for sale are NFC plates and NFC cards used to collect reviews and share links. The essential characteristics of the products are set out on each product page.
Article 3 - Prices
Prices are stated in euros excluding VAT (excl. VAT). The applicable VAT (20%) and shipping costs are added when the order is confirmed.
Article 4 - Orders
Placing an order implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale. Confirming the order constitutes acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the products ordered.
Article 5 - Payment
Payment is made by bank card through our secure payment provider Stripe. Payment is due at the time of ordering.
Article 6 - Delivery
Products are delivered by La Poste via tracked letter or Colissimo within 48 to 72 business hours after dispatch. Shipping is free from €35 excl. VAT for mainland France.
Article 7 - Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise your right of withdrawal. Personalized products are excluded from this right.
Article 8 - Warranty
Our products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity (2 years) and the guarantee against hidden defects.

Article 10 - Governing law
These Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
