How does it work?
1. Preparing your order
Your order is carefully prepared at our premises in Rousset, France. Each plate is checked and programmed with your personalized link before shipping.
2. Shipping
Orders placed before 2 pm (CET) usually ship the same day (on business days). You receive an email with the tracking number as soon as your order ships.
3. Delivery
Your parcel is delivered straight to your letterbox (tracked letter) or handed to you in person / at a pickup point (Colissimo, depending on availability).
Frequently asked questions
Can I change my address after ordering?
Yes, contact us quickly by email at hello@mediapush.fr. If your order has not shipped yet, we can change the address.
What should I do if my order doesn't arrive?
First check your parcel's tracking using the link sent by email. If the delivery time has passed, contact us and we will open an investigation with La Poste.
Do you ship outside Europe?
For deliveries outside Europe, contact us directly for a personalized quote.
